We organise hen and stag parties, birthdays and corporate team-building sleigh rides.

Children and school groups

We welcome preschool and school groups. During our winter sleigh rides, sledges are also available for children.

Rides all year round

Outside the winter season, we also organise rides in traditional horse-drawn wagons for groups of at least 8 people.

Highlander tradition

A bonfire feast in a traditional mountain hut

After the one-hour sleigh or carriage ride, guests are invited to enjoy a shared bonfire feast in a traditional highlander mountain hut. The warmth of the fire, live folk music and winter scenery create the perfect atmosphere for relaxing after the ride.

Guests can enjoy regional specialities and warming drinks, including sausages roasted over the fire, traditional potato flatbreads, smoked oscypek cheese with cranberry sauce, and bread served with lard and pickles. Torches, mulled wine, hot tea and traditional highlander spirits complete the experience.

By prior arrangement, we can organise transport in a 9-seat minibus from your accommodation to the sleigh ride starting point and back. Availability and pricing are agreed individually depending on the location and number of guests.

The evening begins

We welcome our guests to a special New Year's Eve celebration in a true highlander atmosphere and begin an evening filled with regional flavours, music and entertainment.

New Year's Eve sleigh ride

We set off on a special, approximately one-hour torch-lit sleigh ride along a scenic route through the beautiful winter landscapes of Podhale.

Arrival at the hall and hot meal

After the sleigh ride, guests are invited into the hall, where two hot dishes will be served: a highlander-style potato pancake with meat sauce and a savoury croquette with red beetroot soup.

Highlander specialities and snacks

The tables will feature korbacze and oscypek cheeses, assorted cold meats, chicken aspic, crispy chicken strips, moskole with garlic butter, onion rings, tortellini, savoury pastries, grilled sausage and a selection of salads.

Dessert and drinks

Cake will be served for dessert. Guests will also have a selection of cold drinks, coffee, tea and mulled wine.

Live music

A live highlander band will create a unique atmosphere and provide entertainment throughout the New Year's Eve celebration.

Dance party in the hall

After the shared meal, guests are invited to continue the evening with music and dancing in a festive highlander atmosphere.

Good to know before your sleigh ride

Here are answers to some of the most common questions guests ask before booking.

How long does the sleigh ride take?

The full sleigh ride with a traditional highlander feast takes approximately 2 hours. The sleigh ride itself lasts around 1 hour.

What time do the sleigh rides start?

Standard starting times are 4:00 PM, 5:00 PM, 6:00 PM, 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM. For groups of at least 8 people, a different starting time can be arranged in advance.

Where is the meeting point?

The meeting point is located at ul. Słoneczna 5, 34-406 Groń.

How much do children pay?

Children up to 4 years old participate free of charge, while a children's rate applies to children aged 5 to 10. Current prices are available in the Pricing section.

Can we book a private sleigh?

Yes. You can reserve an entire sleigh exclusively for your group with an additional charge for any unused seats.

What happens if there is no snow?

If there is not enough snow, the ride takes place in traditional highlander horse-drawn carriages instead of sleighs. This means the ride can still go ahead even without sufficient snow cover.

What should I wear for the sleigh ride?

In winter, we recommend very warm clothing, winter footwear, a hat and gloves. Outside the winter season, dress appropriately for the weather and consider bringing an extra warm layer for the evening.

What does the sleigh ride route look like?

The route leads across the hills of Groń and Białka Tatrzańska, offering views of the Tatra Mountains, the Gorce Mountains, Litwinka and the Nowy Targ Basin.

Is there live music during the sleigh ride?

Live highlander music is available for groups of more than 12 people.

If you're considering a sleigh ride, you've come to the right place. The organisation deserves top marks. The atmosphere was outstanding, and the highlander-style refreshments were absolutely delicious. I recommend it 100%.

We went on the sleigh ride with our two children and had a wonderful experience. A very enjoyable ride wrapped in blankets with torches, followed by food around the bonfire and live music in a mountain hut in the middle of nowhere. Definitely worth it.

I wholeheartedly recommend the team who organised our horse-drawn carriage ride! Wonderful people — genuine highlanders full of energy, humour and kindness. The entire event was perfectly organised down to the smallest detail and everything was of the highest standard. Delicious food, a fantastic atmosphere and an unforgettable experience made the whole event enjoyable from beginning to end.
